Turkey Season 2025, exclusive entire season lease (house and property) - $6,000

Deer Season

-Entire property, including house:

  • Per night - $800

  • 3 nights - $2,000

  • 6 nights - $3,000

-Property only (no camping on property allowed):

  • Per day - $400

  • 3 days - $1,000

  • 6 days - $1,500

Non-deer Season

-Entire property, including house:

  • Per night - $500

  • 3 nights - $1,400

  • 6 nights - $2,500

-Property only (no camping on property allowed):

  • Per day - $300

  • 3 days - $800

  • 6 days - $1,500

$600 refundable security deposit due upon booking

Examples of 3 night and 6 night leases:

  • 3 nights: If you show up on a Sunday at noon, you will need to vacate the property by Wednesday at noon.

  • 6 nights: If you show up on a Sunday at noon, you will need to vacate the property by Saturday at noon.

  • Each hunter is allowed one buck greater than 4 points and two does.

  • You are responsible for staying within the property boundaries and avoiding others’ property

  • Absolutely no RV or camping allowed on premises

  • Absolutely no smoking inside the home

  • Bed linens, pillows, towels, and bathroom products are NOT supplied. However, dishes and cooking supplies are made available

  • **Garbage service is NOT available. EVERYTHING BROUGHT IN, MUST BE HAULED OFF WHEN YOU LEAVE THE PREMISES. A $300 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY GARBAGE LEFT ON THE PROPERTY OR IN THE HOUSE.**

  • If the house and property are left exactly how you arrived, you will receive your deposit back within 30 days.

Cancellation Fees

  • 31 to 90 days notice - 50% of booking charge

  • 1 to 30 days notice - 100% of booking charge

Payments will be made via Venmo (1.9% + $0.10 fee) or Stripe via emailed invoice (2.9% + $0.30 fee).
